Maruna, who is enrolled as a student at Youngstown State University, allegedly told the officer that he didn't believe his age, which was thought to be 15, was an obstacle to an intimate relationship, WKBN-TV reported.
Albert Maruna IV, a student at Youngstown State University, allegedly reached out to an officer posing as a child on a dating app. Police claimed the officer told Maruna, 22, several times that he was 15-years-old but Maruna responded that he didn't believe in age, according to WKBN.
Maruna allegedly sent conversations that were sexually graphic, nude pictures of himself and agreed to meet in person. He also reportedly told the cop that he would like to be his husband in the future.More news: Wenger: Talks Still Ongoing With Sanchez And Ozil
The two agreed to meet for sex on December 12. He was found with the aforementioned items, including chicken Alfredo in a Tupperware container.
Investigators who questioned Maruna said that he did not believe sex with a 15-year-old boy was wrong.
The Austintown Police Department arrested Maruna, and he was charged importuning, disseminating matter harmful or obscene to juveniles, possession of criminal tools and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. In 2012, a woman was arrested for suspected prostitution after she told a man in the McDonald's drive-thru she'd have sex with him if he gave her the McNuggets he'd just ordered, according to HuffPost.
