TMZ says he helped a woman who drove her auto off the highway Sunday morning in Santa Paula, CA, crashing into an embankment.
Harrison Ford might sound like a grumpy old man sometimes wanting himself removed from the Star Wars franchise, but the pop culture icon certainly knows how to jump into action like a real hero when the situation calls for it. Alongside other Good Samaritan bystanders, Harrison rushed to the woman's aide after pulling over and helped get her safely out of her crashed vehicle.More news: Apple's HomePod speaker delayed until next year

They worked to pull a woman safely from the vehicle while waiting for paramedics to arrive.
A second accident was reported in the area when a vehicle leaving eastbound 126 ended up on its side in the grass near the Peck Road traffic ramps but no one was injured, authorities said. Thankfully the woman only sustained minor injuries. Ford and others managed to get the unidentified driver out of the vehicle.
