Russell Simmons and Brett Ratner have been accused of teaming up to allegedly sexually harass and assault women, according to a new report in the Los Angeles Times.

She met the 2 of them in 1991 at a casting call, she said, and from a dinner they proceeded to Simmons' apartment to show her a music video they'd been working on.

Music mogul Russell Simmons has been accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old fashion model, Keri Claussen Khalighi, in a 1991 incident.

After being assaulted, Khalighi went to take a shower and Simmons allegedly tried to violate her again. She said that she "fought it wildly" but he still didn't ease up. Soon after, she took a shower - at which point, she alleges, Simmons came up behind her in the shower and penetrated her without her consent.

Brett Ratner (L) and Russell Simmons (R) attend the premiere photography exhibit of portraits by Brett Ratner, presented by Russell Simmons and Gary Barnett, held at Altair Lofts May 11, 2006, in NY. He has similarly denied all those allegations. "He knew what he had done; I knew what he had done", she said to The Times.

He added: "Let me be crystal clear and very direct". Khalighi said she didn't see anyone but Ratner and Simmons at Simmons' apartment and didn't recall being there the next day. She says that she pulled away and he left, but "it hurt so much".

Ratner's attorney told the newspaper he did not remember Reid or the incident.

Khalighi said that she saw Simmons at the Soho House in West Hollywood a year ago, where he approached her and delivered a "really touching, remorseful apology" for his behavior.

Simmons vehemently disputed the account in a statement released in response to the article.

A second witness statement submitted by a then-assistant to Simmons' said that Anthony "Mac" McNair "did not notice any visible signs of distress or that anything improper had occurred" on the date in question.

It was revealed on November 10 that in 2001, Ratner and Simmons were investigated for sexual battery after a woman filed a report. Ratner "just sat there any watched", according to the accusation. She alleges the All Def Digital founder "poured his heart out in a really touching, remorseful apology", and provided his phone number.

Crews previously thanked his wife for stepping in and calming her irate husband at the party, stating: "So I'm looking at him (Venit), and he's staring at me and sticking his tongue out, it's overtly sexual".

Terry Crews on Sunday posted a screenshot of an email he said was from entrepreneur/producer Russell Simmons, urging the actor to give the target of his sexual-assault allegations a pass.
