Injustice 2 has been out for almost six months, and in that time, the game's roster of fighters has grown significantly. It's unknown how players will access Donatello, Leonardo, Raphael, and Michelangelo from a single character slot, but hopefully it'll work similar to Tri-Borg's variations in Mortal Kombat X.
The next characters coming to Injustice 2 via the Fighter Pack 3 DLC have finally been revealed and it's safe to say that nobody saw this one coming. Turns out the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are joining Injustice 2's cast of DC comic heroes.
Get ready for nostalgic overload as NetherRealm has announced that everybody's favourite sewer-dwelling reptiles, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, are heading to Injustice 2.
Going by the video, the turtles will be fighting as a team, which means all four will be controlled as one.More news: Facebook wants your nude photos
Injustice 2: Fighter Pack 3 will come to PS4 and Xbox One starting with the Atom on December 12.
The best thing is that their appearance is based on the '90s films. The PC release will include all previously released DLC for the game on the console versions available at purchase. You'll be able to buy them separately, or if you want all the DLC characters in one sweep you can pick up the Ultimate Edition of the game.
The reveal trailer does not show any gameplay sample yet, so it is hard to say how the action is with having all four characters.
